Method
  1. Heat oil

  2. Saute onion, till golden brown

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies

  4. Saute for a minute

  5. Add chicken pieces

  6. Fry till cook, can add little water

  7. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes

  8. Add jaggery, lemon juice and curry powder

  9. Cook till dry

  10. Garnish with coriander leaves

  11. Serve hot

Ingredients:
500 gmspieces of chicken liver and gizzard
2 onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
2 green chillies, slitted
1 tbsp jaggery
Pepper as per taste
Salt as per taste
3tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tspcurry powder
1 tomato, chopped finely
Coriander leaves for garnishing
