Keep the brinjal slices in salted cold water for 1 hour
Beat eggs with milk
Mix to it salt, pepper, oregano and basil
Drain the brinjal slices
Dip the slices in egg mixture
Grill the slices in griller till both sides are browned
Serve hot
2 small brinjals, peel and make thin slices
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp oregano powder
1/2 tsp basil powder
