Grilled Sweet Corn and Curried Fish Steaks
Method
- Mix the curry powder with tomato puree and yogurt or curds.
- Add salt and apply on fish steaks.
- Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the corn cob into four pieces.
- Brush the fish and corn with olive oil and grill till cooked.
- Serve with a low fat onion and chili dip.
Ingredients:
fish steaks - 4
curry powder - 1 tsp
tomato paste - 2 tbsp
low fat yogurt or curds - 2 tbsp
sweet corn cob - 1
olive oil to brush
salt to taste
