Method
  1. Wash the fish pieces and pat dry. Add lime juice, salt and pepper. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Grind green chillies, ginger, coriander , mint leaves and cumin together with some of the curds. Mix with curds and add to fish. Marinate for 1 hr.
  3. Thread on skewers. Brush with oil. Place on a rack and grill till done. Serve hot sprinkled with lime juice and garam masala.
Ingredients:
Boneless fish pieces - 1/2 kg
Lime juice - 2 tbsp
Salt & pepper - to taste
Curds - 1 cup
Green chillies - 4-6
Ginger - 2 cm
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Cumin - 1 tsp
Oil - to brush
Lime juice, garam masala powder - To garnish
