Kheema kabab

  1. First grind garlic, ginger, all other spices, coriander and green chillies; keep aside.
  2. To the minced meat, add the ground paste, salt and rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
  4. Make small kababs and shallow fry.
  5. Once ready serve with green mint chutney, onion rings and lemon wedges.

250 gms minced meat (you could use chicken or lamb)
10 to 15 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp black pepper
10 cloves
1 inch cinnamon
1 tbsp cumin/jeera
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
2 green chillies
Some coriander leaves
1 finely chopped onion
Salt as per taste
Egg yoke
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric/haldi powder
1/2 tsp tandoori masala
Oil for shallow frying
