Method
- Mix the mince, onions, chopped papaya, chilly paste, rice flour and salt and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
- In a kadai, heat oil.
- Make small flattened balls and deep fry till dark brown.
- Take off from heat and place on tissue paper to drain off excess oil.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onion.
