Method
  1. Mix the mince, onions, chopped papaya, chilly paste, rice flour and salt and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil.
  3. Make small flattened balls and deep fry till dark brown.
  4. Take off from heat and place on tissue paper to drain off excess oil.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onion.

200g - mutton mince
4 - onions, finely chopped
1 slice - raw papaya, finely chopped
2 - green chillies ground to a paste
Salt to taste
3 tbsp - rice flour
Oil for frying
