Chef`s Note:
This recipe harks back to the days when the Maharajas went out for Shikar in the deep jungles.
Their entourage, chefs et al, went deep into the forests so their meal was usually the day’s kill. Hence the name Jungli Mutton.

Ingredients:
1 kilo - mutton ( cut, clean and washed thoroughly)
10 to 12 - red chilies
10 - green chilies
lots of pure ghee
salt to taste
