Hot Herbed Meatballs

Method
  1. In a large bowl combine the mince with the salt, rosemary, pepper, marjoram, thyme and nutmeg.
  2. Roll into 2.5 cm (1-inch) balls with floured hands.
  3. Dip meatballs in beaten eggs to coat thoroughly, and then roll in breadcrumbs which have been seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Place crumbed meatballs on lightly greased trays, bake in moderately hot oven for 15 minutes, or until they are well browned and cooked through.
  5. Shake trays occasionally to keep meatballs in good shape. Makes about 35.

750 g - mince
2 - eggs
1 � tsp - salt
1 tsp - rosemary
� tsp - pepper
� tsp - marjoram
� tsp - thyme
pinch - nutmeg
1 � tsp - breadcrumbs
salt, pepper
� tsp - paprika
