Method
- In a large bowl combine the mince with the salt, rosemary, pepper, marjoram, thyme and nutmeg.
- Roll into 2.5 cm (1-inch) balls with floured hands.
- Dip meatballs in beaten eggs to coat thoroughly, and then roll in breadcrumbs which have been seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Place crumbed meatballs on lightly greased trays, bake in moderately hot oven for 15 minutes, or until they are well browned and cooked through.
- Shake trays occasionally to keep meatballs in good shape. Makes about 35.
