Heat the quantity of oil and put the minced meat into the pan. Allow
the minced meat to dry up so that all the water is absorbed.
Lower the heat and mix in the ginger-garlic paste. Stir gently and mix
in salt to taste. Now, mix in the fried onion paste and stir-fry for 2
mins. more. Add the green apple pieces and the dates and the remaining
oil and continue to cook on low fire.
Cover with a lid adding 2-3 tbsp. water and cook on low fire till the
minced meat becomes tender.
