Mix fresh meat with curd and turmeric powder. Keep it for 2 to 4hrs or keep it for overnight.
Heat the cooker. Add oil ,cloves, cumin seeds, green chillis, chopped ginger and garlic 2 tsp. Then add past of onion about 500gm. Stir till oil gets out of onion.
Then add marinated meat and stir. Add other masala (cumin paste, coriander paste, meat masala, chilli powder)
After that mixing and cooking for 15 minutes add water to cook.
