Method
  1. Clean methi leaves after removing from stem.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  3. Add cleaned minced meat and sambar onion and saute well.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and salt; mix well.
  5. Now add methi leaves.
  6. Add water and pressure cook for 15 minutes until mutton is done.
Ingredients:
400g - minced mutton
100g - sambar onion
1 bunch - methi leaves
3 tbsp - coriander powder
1&1/2 tbsp - jeera powder
1 tbsp - chilly powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
Oil as required
Salt to taste
