Method
  1. Peel the potato and cut in long slices fry it till brown in 100 gms oil
  2. Remove the potato, dice the meat and put into the oil with 2tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Pressure cook for 30 min till meat is tender.
  4. After the meat is cooked add the chopped tomatoes, onions, green coriander and green chillies
  5. Stir well and add the potatoes stir till dry.

Ingredients:
1kg meat
1/2kg potato
2 - onions chopped
2 - tomato chopped 2 green chillies sliced
green coriander
red chilli powder
tumeric powder
ginger garlic paste
salt as per taste
