Stuffed Mushrooms

Method
  1. Wash mushrooms thoroughly, remove and chop the stalks together.
  2. Mix cheese, egg, salt and pepper and add chopped ham mixture and mix well.
  3. Place the mushroom caps in a shallow dish and fill them with ham-cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the filling.
  5. Place the dish on the rotating plate and cook on combination grill mode and microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with potato fingers.

Ingredients:
12 - fresh button mushrooms, medium size
50 g - grated cheese
50 g - ham
2 tbsp - coriander leaves
3 - green chillies, chopped
1 - egg, beaten
10 to 12 tbsp - breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
