Fenugreek Flavoured Lamb Chops

For Tomato & Coriander Salsa:
    Place all the ingredients except salt in a food processor. Process until coarsely chopped, add salt to taste.

  1. Beat the chops and flatten them.
  2. Marinate in salt, pepper, garlic, fenugreek and a little oil.
  3. Marinate for 5-8 hours. Keep aside.
  4. Combine parsley and oatmeal in a plate.
  5. Dip and cover mutton chops in this mixture.
  6. Heat a flat griddle (tawa) sprinkle oil and grill mutton chops on it till done.
  7. Serve the chops with a salsa of your choice.
Ingredients:
6 - mutton chops
freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves - garlic, crushed
2 tsp - dried fenugreek (kasoori methi)
2 tbsp - parsley, chopped
50 g - oatmeal
salt to taste
oil

For Tomato & Coriander Salsa:
1 cup - finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup - finely chopped onions
1 clove - garlic, minced
1 - green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
2 tbsps - fresh chopped coriander
1 tbsp - red vinegar
salt to taste
