Clean the meat and remove the fat as much as possible.
Cut onion into
very small pieces and so the tomato.
Add the oil, heat it, add bay leaf and other dry whole spices and
heat for further 1min. Keep stiring. Add onion and fry till dark brown,
then add the tomatoes and the meat along with turmeric. Stir it well and
fry till all the water dries and the meat gets darker tinch.
Add boiling water as per the consistency of the curry required and
pressurise it untill tender. Lastly add salt and garnish it with
coriander before serving.
