Method
  1. Mutton chops marinated with 1 tbsp. each of garlic and ginger paste and 1 � tsp. of salt for 4 hours.
  2. Shallow fry in oil and keep aside.
  3. Apply the masala paste generously to the pre-fried chops.
  4. Coat with bread-crumbs and then with egg.
  5. Shallow fry once on each side till cooked through approximately 3 to 4 mins. each.
  6. Serve hot with french fries.

Ingredients:
1 kg - mutton chops

For Masala (Grind Together):
1 - chopped tomato
1 - chopped onion
2 cups - chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp - whole cumin (jeera) seeds
4 - green chillis
2 tbsp - cornflour
� cup - chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp - salt
2 tbsps - whole peppercorns
1 tsp - garlic paste
1 tsp - garam masala paste

For Coating:
3 - eggs, beaten
2 cups - breadcrumbs
