Ingredients:
500 g - mutton cubes
� cup - oil/ghee
3 - tomatoes (blanched, peeled and chopped)
2 - onions, crushed
6 - green chillies, slit
1 tbsp - each garlic paste, salt and chilli powder
2 tbsp - almond powder
1 tsp - coriander powder (dhania)
1 tsp - each cumin seeds and garam masala powder
� cup - thick curds
� tsp - turmeric powder (haldi)
� cup - coriander leaves, chopped
