500 g - mutton(minced) or kheema
100 g - channa dal
2 tbsp - coriander leaves (chopped)
2 - green chillies, minced
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - garlic paste
1 - onion, medium
2 - cloves
2 - cardamoms
1 inch stick - cinnamon
1 tbsp - garam masala
1 tbsp - dhania jeera powder
2 - eggs
1 cup - bread crumbs
salt and chilli powder to suit the taste
