Method
  1. Cook together kheema, chana dal, onion, ginger garlic paste along with all the whole spices and salt.
  2. In little water till tender and completely dry. Grind to a paste.
  3. Mix in eggs and ground spices.
  4. Form into round kebabs roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry to a golden brown color.
Ingredients:
500 g - mutton(minced) or kheema
100 g - channa dal
2 tbsp - coriander leaves (chopped)
2 - green chillies, minced
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - garlic paste
1 - onion, medium
2 - cloves
2 - cardamoms
1 inch stick - cinnamon
1 tbsp - garam masala
1 tbsp - dhania jeera powder
2 - eggs
1 cup - bread crumbs
salt and chilli powder to suit the taste
