Method
  1. Beat the egg properly with eggbeater.

  2. In a bowl mix 100 gms of milk powder with 1 tbsp of sodabicarb.

  3. Add beaten egg slowly to this milk powder to make it soft dough like.

  4. Make 24 parts of it, prepare small balls of each piece and flatten it a bit on hand only.

  5. Boil one liter of whole milk, add condensed milk to it.

  6. Slower the flame , put flatten balls one by one in boiling milk.

  7. Keep it on low flame for another ten to twelve mins.

  8. Remove from flame, put elaichi powder.

  9. Keep in refrigerator for minimum five hours.

  10. Decorate with almonds pcs. and serve.

  11. You can also add saffron for flavor and color.

Ingredients:

100 gms of full cream Milk powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. sodabicarb,
1Liter of whole milk
200ml. of condensed milk.
Elaichi powder,
Almonds cut in small pcs.
