Method
  1. Boil potatoes till � cooked and peel. Par boil cauliflower and mushrooms.
  2. Add lime juice, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper. Marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Thread on bamboo skewers (the skewers should be soaked in water at least for an hour to prevent them from burning) brush with oil and grill till roasted.
  4. Arrange the skewers on a serving plate. Coat with spicy sauce and serve hot

Note:
Over cooking makes kababs dry and leathery. They should be cooked quickly under high heat.

baby potatoes - 100 gm
cauliflower pieces - 100 gm
mushroom - 50 gm
ginger- garlic paste - 2 tsp
lime juice - 2 tbsp
salt and pepper to taste
oil to brush
