Method
- Put all the ingredients in a cooker, except vinegar.
- Stir, close cooker and bring it to full pressure on high heat.
- Then reduce heat and cook for 15-20 mins.
- Allow it to cool naturally.
- Then discard bayleaf.
- Mix half the soup lightly in ablender or mash well through a sieve
- Return the blended soup to remaining soup, add vinegar.
- Stir, reheat and serve hot.
Note :
This is a typical internatinal recipe.
For vegetarians - can avoid ham.
Pepper powder can be put according to the taste.
