Method
  1. Grind the above masala with vinegar, not water.
  2. Soak the chillies in 1/2 cup vinegar for 2 hrs.
  3. Grind all spices including chillies in vinegar.
  4. Add pork and mix well.
  5. Heat ghee add the pork with masala & cook for 15 mins.
  6. Add the button onions, allow to simmer till tender.
  7. Before removing from the stove, add the gur. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
2 kg - pork
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 kg button onions
1 cup vinegar
Salt

Grind together:
6 - red goa chillies
6 - red ordinary chillies
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp - jeera
2 tbsp - gur
