Method
  1. Grind all the spices to a thick paste.
  2. Marinate the meat for 8 hours in vinegar and spices.
  3. Cook in the pressure cooker till meat is soft.
  4. Stir till oil floats on the top.

Ingredients:
1 kg - pork
150ml - vineigar
50 gms - coriander seeds
30gms - jeera seeds
1tbsp - pepper seeds
1tsp - mustard seeds
100gms - each ginger, garlic 25gms - red chillies
150 - mustard oil
salt to taste
