Cut the turkey, into thin strips
Simmer till pieces are pink and tender
In pan put 1 cup water and broccoli florets
Boil and let it cook (approx 5 mins.)
Add remaining 1 tbsp butter in a skillet
Add onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic
Add turkey strips and 1 cup chicken broth
In a separate pan mix 1 cup chicken stock, pepper, salt, chilli powder and soy sauce for sauce
In 1 tbsp water dissolve cornstarch
Cook the sauce till thickened

2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp seasame oil
2 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
1/2 onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp grated ginger paste
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt as per taste
