Method
  1. Cut the turkey, into thin strips

  2. Heat one tbsp butter in skillet
  3. Put turkey pieces
  4. Simmer till pieces are pink and tender

  5. Remove and keep aside
  6. In pan put 1 cup water and broccoli florets

  7. Boil and let it cook (approx 5 mins.)

  8. Drain and keep aside
  9. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter in a skillet

  10. Heat it
  11. Add onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic

  12. Simmer for a minute
  13. Add turkey strips and 1 cup chicken broth

  14. Cook for 5 mins
  15. In a separate pan mix 1 cup chicken stock, pepper, salt, chilli powder and soy sauce for sauce

  16. In 1 tbsp water dissolve cornstarch

  17. Add to above mixed sauce
  18. Cook the sauce till thickened

  19. Add broccoli
  20. Cook for 2 mins
  21. Pour the sauce over turkey
  22. Serve hot over rice

Ingredients:

1/2 kg turkey breast
2 cups broccoli florets
1 capsicum, thinly stripped
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp seasame oil
2 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
1/2 onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp grated ginger paste
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt as per taste
