Chicken Hariyali

Method
  1. Grind together all the 'green paste' ingredients to smooth paste in a mixer.
  2. Saute this paste in a pressure pan for 5 min.
  3. Add chicken and mix well.
  4. Cook for 6 min.
  5. Cook until the chicken is done.
  6. To serve, add milk and boil for 3 min.
  7. Mix lemon juice, sprinkle some garam masala and chopped coriander.
  8. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
500 g - chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1 cup - milk
2 tbsp - lemon juice

For green paste:
2 - spring onions, chopped with green portion
4 to 5 - green chillies
1/2 cup - coriander chopped
1/2 cup - mint chopped
10 flakes - garlic
1 1/2 inch - ginger piece
2 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - cumin seed
1&1/2 - tsp salt
