Bacon-flavored grilled Jumbo Prawns

Method
  1. Marinade the prawns in salt & lime-juice.
  2. Heat clarified butter & fry the bacon strips in it.
  3. When it is almost done, splash barbeque sauce into it along with the paprika powder
  4. Toss & open fry for a minute on each side.
  5. Wash the prawns, drain & pat them with a paper napkin.
  6. Toss them in a mix of the powder spices, salt-to-taste, and oyster sauce & garlic paste.
  7. Wrap a bacon strip around each prawn & pass a tooth-pick or wooden skewer through it.
  8. Grill them until they're done; smear lime-juice on them.
  9. Serve with some tartar sauce, garlic sauce, lemon wedges & potato chips/ fries.
Ingredients:
250 g - tiger prawns - cleaned, de-veined
salt & lime-juice for marinating
thin bacon strips (equal number to the no. of prawns)
1/2 tsp - paprika powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - red chili powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1/2 tsp - pepper powder
4 tbsp - oyster sauce
1 tsp - garlic paste
ghee or clarified butter
2 tbsp - barbeque sauce
