Sizzling prawns with bell peppers
By : Method
- Remove the heads of the prawns and remove the black veins.
- Mix the ingredients for the paste and rub the prawns with this mixture. Put on a sizzler tray with the chopped bell pepper and put in an oven and allow the prawns to cook on the sizzler in the oven at 180 degrees C till the prawns begin to change colour and are sizzling hot.
- Serve on the sizzler itself.
Ingredients:
12-14 big prawns
3 tbsp oil
1 cup bell peppers – red and yellow cut into quarters with seeds removed

3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red chilli paste
1 tsp cumin paste
