Crab Soup

Method
  1. Mix cornflour with 2 tbsps. water.
  2. Beat eggs nicely with cream, add cornstarch and beat again nicely.
  3. Heat 4 tbsps. oil and fry ginger and onions till transparent.
  4. Add crabmeat and salt and fry for 5 mins, put in the stock and cook till the meat is done.
  5. Add egg mixture gradually stirring all the time.
  6. Simmer over a very slow fire for 1 minute and serve hot.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup - fresh crabmeat
1" piece - ginger, sliced
1/2 cup - sliced onions
1/4 cup - cream
2 - egg whites
2 tsps - cornflour
salt and pepper to taste
