Method
  1. Blend all the sauce ingredients together.
  2. Boil vermicelli according to the directions on the box.
  3. Peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices.
  4. Beat eggs thoroughly, make into thin omelettes and shred them.
  5. Mix together eggs, chicken, and vermicelli, pour sauce over top and mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
Ingredients:
2 ozs - vermecelli
4 - tender cucumbers
125 g - chicken, boiled and shredded
2 - eggs
salt to taste

For the sauce:
2 tbsps - soya sauce
1 tsp - yellow mustard powder
3 tbsps - vinegar
1 tsp - powdered sugar
1 tbsp - sesame oil
