Method
- Chop the egg. Cut the top of the tomatoes and scoop out the centres.
- Mince the cut tomato tops and mix with the scooped out tomato pulp, chopped egg and minced chicken.
- With a teaspoon, pile the mixture back into the tomato cups and top with mayonnaise.
- Chill before you serve.

2 - large tomatoes
2 tbsps - minced left over chicken
1 - hard boiled egg
2 tsp - mayonnaise
