Method
Halve the eggs
Scrape the yolk, keeping the egg in boat shaped
Mix peas and french beans, salt and pepper
Fill the egg halves with peas mixture
Mix in a bowl egg yolk and mayonnaise, beat well
Spread over peas on each egg halves
Garnish with carrots

1/4 cup chopped french beans, boiled and smashed
