In a bowl, whip together mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice.
Add broccoli, pieces of chicken breast, raisins and chopped almonds and stir well.
Vegetarians could omit the chicken and add roasted Potatoes and/or Sweet Potatoes.
1 bunch of Broccoli chopped into bite sized florets
1 cup each golden Raisins and Almonds (chopped)
250 gms. boneless Chicken breast, poached
2 cups Law Fat Mayonnaise
Sugar to taste
1 tbsp.Lemon Juice
