Heat 1/4 cup oil
Fry garlic cloves till brown
Remove from oil
Now fry bread cubes in that oil till golden brown
Drain and keep aside
Mix all the items of marination
Apply to chicken pieces
Marinate for 30 mins.
Heat 3 tbsp oil
Remove and cool
Tear pieces of lettuce
Mix in a bowl
Add anchovy fillets to it
Blend well caser dressing, sour cream and cheese
Pour 1/2 the dressing over salad
Toss it well
Sprinkle bread croutons
Pour the remaining dressing
Garnish with chicken pieces

6-7 anchovy fillets
1/2 cup caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
For Marinating:
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
For Garlic Croutons:
1/4 cup oil
4 cups of bread cubes (approx 1/2")
1 tbsp garlic cloves
