Method

  1. Heat 1/4 cup oil

  2. Fry garlic cloves till brown

  3. Remove from oil

  4. Now fry bread cubes in that oil till golden brown

  5. Drain and keep aside

  1. Mix all the items of marination

  2. Apply to chicken pieces

  3. Marinate for 30 mins.

  4. Heat 3 tbsp oil

  5. Saute chicken pieces till cooked
  6. Remove and cool

  7. Tear pieces of lettuce

  8. Mix in a bowl

  9. Add anchovy fillets to it

  10. Blend well caser dressing, sour cream and cheese

  11. Pour 1/2 the dressing over salad

  12. Toss it well

  13. Sprinkle bread croutons

  14. Pour the remaining dressing

  15. Garnish with chicken pieces

Ingredients:

1 cup chicken pieces
1 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head red lettuce
6-7 anchovy fillets
1/2 cup caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp olive oil

For Marinating:
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp green chilli paste

For Garlic Croutons:
1/4 cup oil
4 cups of bread cubes (approx 1/2")
1 tbsp garlic cloves
