Method
- Combine chicken, pineapple, cheese and tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix sour cream with yellow mustard and toss with the chicken mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, toss in the lettuce and sprinkle peanuts on top.
Note:
If sour cream is not available, drain 2 cups of fresh curds through a thin cloth, beat till smooth and use in the recipe.

cooked chicken - 2 cup, diced
canned pineapple - 2 cup, drained and diced
cheddar or tasty cheese - 1 cup, diced
cherry tomatoes - 8, cut in halves
sour cream - � cup
yellow mustard - 2 tbsp
shredded lettuce - 1 bunch
salted peanuts - 2 tbsp
pepper to taste
salt to taste
