Coconut Cream Dressing

Method

  1. Mash the egg yolk
  2. Add pepper, salt, sugar, and pepper powder
  3. Add sour cream
  4. Mix it well by pouring lemon juice slowly
  5. Add coconut powder, spring onion and parsley
  6. Chill for 1/2 hour and then it is ready to serve

  • Instead of lemon juice, can use vinegar
  • Instead of sour cream, can use thick yoghurt
  • Can also add 1/4 tsp dry mustard=20

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg, hard boiled, peeled
2 tbsp coconut powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
