Easter Egg Salad

Method

  1. Peel and chop 3 eggs into pieces

  2. Mix chopped eggs and carrots

  3. Add salt and pepper

  4. Chill for 1 hour

  5. Mix mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and mustard

  6. Shake well till creamy

  7. Pour it over egg mixture, keeping little remaining (approx 1/4 part)

  9. In a salad dish, spread lettuce leaves

  10. Spread the egg mixture over it

  11. Slice the remaining 2 eggs, remove the yolk

  12. Top it with sliced eggs and then sprinkle crumbled yolk

  13. Again pour the mayonnaise dressing

  14. Chill for 1/2 hour and then serveon bread toast

Ingredients:

5 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup grated carrots
3-4 lettuce leaves, broken into pieces well
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp sugar
Salt as per taste
