Cook for another 10-15 minutes
Spread the vegetables in a flat nonstick plate
Whisk the eggs, add salt and pepper
Cook the vegetable on slow flame for 10 minutes

Pepper as per taste
2 tbsp butter
1 onion chopped finely
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix together:
1 cup chopped and boiled carrots
1 potato, boiled, peeled and diced
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup boiled peas
1/2 cup chopped and boiled french beans
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tomatoes, chopped finely
Salt as per taste
