Boil peas, carrots and cauliflower in water
Drain and keep the stock aside
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup stock
Pout little gelatin in mold to cover the base
Spread peas and cauliflower on the gelatin
Mix together meat, carrots, salt, pepper and eggs
Pour the gelatin mixture over peas layer
Garnish with mayonnaise, cucumber and celery
For Garnishing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cucumber slices
1/2 cup chopped celery
