Spinach Salad 2

Method
  1. Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water

  2. Add cold water and vinegar
  3. Mix it well
  4. Pour in a glass bowl
  5. Chill till set
  6. Chop spinach
  7. Cook till tender in water
  8. Drain in colander and pour ice cold water over it, to retain the colour

  9. Drain and cool
  10. Add spinach, onion, spring onion and mustard in the set gelatin

  11. Mix it
  12. Pour it over salad dish
  13. Garnish with mayonnaise, cheese and boiled eggs

  14. Serve chilled
Ingredients:
1 packet lemon gelatin
1 bunch spinach, washed and stemmed
1 onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
4 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup chopped boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
