Vermecelli Salad

Method
  1. Cook vermicelli in a pot of boiling water for 5 mins. Drain well.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and boil and mix well.
  3. Blanch celery until colour begins to change.
  4. Rinse well in cold water and drain well.
  5. Dice egg, celery, cucumber and tomato into ½” cubes.
  6. Combine ingredients for dressing and mix well.
Ingredients:
100 g - vermicelli
1/4 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - sesame oil
1/4 stalk - celery
1 - hard boiled egg
1/2- cucumber
1/2- tomato

For the dressing:
2 tbsp - soya sauce
6 tbsp - chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp - vinegar
2 tsps - sugar
1 tsp - sesame oil
