Warm Chicken Salad

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients of marinating

  2. Apply it to chicken breasts

  3. Marinate for 1 hour

  4. Grill for 10 minutes (5 mins on each side)

  5. Remove and let it cool a bit

  6. Make into thin slices

  7. Mix to it carrots sesame seeds, capsicum and mango

  8. Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients of it

  9. Pout it over salad

  10. Toss it

  11. Garnish with almonds before serving

Ingredients:
3 skinless chicken breast
1 mango, diced
1/4 cup almonds, toasted and sliced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp chopped capsicum

2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp freshly grated chicken

1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp sesame oil
Pepper as per taste
1 tbsp freshly chopped mint leaves
