Method
- Chop the onions and sauté in butter till soft. Add sliced carrots and chopped celery and sauté further for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Lower the flame and let it cook for 5 minutes.Add the chicken stalk and 1 cup water and cook till carrots are done.
- Strain and puree the remaining carrots and onions in blender. Add to The liquid.
- Add 1 cup orange juice, garnish with sprig of parsley. Serve either hot or chilled.

1 - cup orange juice (fresh or packet)
1 - tbsp butter
