Fish Soup - Russian Style

Method
  1. In a deep pan, boil about 1 lt of water.
  2. Add salt and potato chunks and boil till potatoes are tender.
  3. Now add onions and boil till onions become tender, but not falling apart.
  4. Now add fish and boil exactly for 3 minutes.
  5. Half way through the boiling of fish, add chopped dill and black pepper.
  6. Boil for 1 more minute.
  7. Now turn off the stove and your soup is ready. Serve it with bread.
  8. This soup in Russian is called Uhkha.
Ingredients:
3 large potatoes - peel it and cut into quarters
1 big onion - cut into big chunks
fresh fish (no frozen fish at all) - 5/6 medium slices
fresh dill - roughly chopped
1 tea spoon - ground black pepper
salt to taste
