Method
- Par boil the carrots, French beans and cauliflower.
- Keep the stock to boil.
- Add spring onions, salt, pepper, aji-no-motto, mushrooms and bamboo shoot. Give 2 to 3 boils.
- Add the carrots, beans, capsicum, cauliflower, cabbage, chicken pieces, vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce. Give it a boil.
- Add the corn flour mixture.
- When the soup thickens gradually pour egg stirring all the time.
- Remove and serve hot with chilli sauce and chillies in vinegar.
P.S: If you wish to make veg hot and sour soup avoid the chicken.
