Delicious Brain Masala

Method
  1. In a bowl mix together the brain pieces, ground masala paste, onions, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
  2. Rub with your hands gently so as to coat the pieces evenly with the masala.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the brain mixture.
  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Cook covered on a very low flame, stirring often.
  5. Cook till done and masala on it fairly dry.
  6. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
3 - brains (cleaned by removing the red lines, washed and thoroughly drained and chopped)
2 - onions ( finely chopped)
2 tbsp - coriander leaves ( finely chopped)
1 tbsp - oil
finely chopped coriander leaves (to garnish)
sufficient oil for shallow frying
salt to taste

To be Ground to a Fine Paste:
5 to 6 - green chillies
1" piece - ginger
4 cloves - garlic
1 - onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
3 - cloves
