Method
- Boil mutton in the cooker for 10 minutes, with at least 2 cups of water.
- Grind all the above green masala (ginger, garlic, green chillies, jeera, pepper, coriander powder, coriander leaves).
- Mix this to the boiled mutton, add cashew nut paste, salt to taste and boil this masala with mutton for 5 min
- Add coconut milk, keep aside.
- In a kadai pour oil, add sliced onions, and curry leaves and pour over the curry.
- Lastly add lemon juice.
- Enjoy with steamed rice.
