Method
  1. Minced mutton marinated with chilli powder, minced garlic, turmeric, ginger paste and salt.
  2. Heat oil, fry onions till light brown.
  3. Add mince which has been marinated for � an hour.
  4. Stir constantly on a high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cover and simmer till done (approximately 15-20 mins.)
  6. Add seasoning if needed and serve.

500 g - mutton, minced
1 � tsp - chilli powder
1 � tsp - minced garlic
� tsp - turmeric
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - salt
� cup - coriander leaves (chopped)
6 - slit green chillies
2 - chopped tomatoes (medium sized)
1 cup - water
� cup - oil
2 - finely chopped onions (medium-sized)
