Mince Malai Cutlets

Method
  1. Minced mutton marinated for 2 hours with garlic paste, ginger paste and salt.
  2. Cook the marinated mince till it dries.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust seasoning.
  4. You could optionally add 3 tbsps. of grated cheese.
  5. Make into round balls and then flatten them into a cutlet shape.
  6. Dip in lightly beaten eggs.
  7. Deep fry and serve hot with green chutney.

Makes:4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 kg - mutton mince
1 tsp - garlic paste
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - salt
1 tsp - meat tenderizer (optional)
2 - boiled mashed potatoes
� cup - cream (malai)
1 tsp - pepper powder
� cup - freshly chopped coriander
1 tbsp - lime juice
4 - chopped green chillies
