Method
Grin garlic, mustard, ginger, curry leaves and green chilies with vinegar to a paste.
Rub this paste on mutton pieces, with salt to taste.
Keep covered in refrigerator over night.
Heat oil in a thick fry pan (preferably non stick) and fry onion till light brown.
Add mutton with the marinade.
Cover and simmer till the mutton is cooked.
Serve hot with rice or chapathis.

mutton - 1 kg, cut into 4 cm cubes
onion - 1 cup, thinly sliced
garlic - 3 tbsp, chopped
mustard seeds - 3 tbsp
vinegar - 50 ml
ginger - 1 tbsp, chopped
curry leaves - 1 sprig
green chilies - 4
oil - 5 tbsp
salt to taste
