Mutton Chilli Fry

Method
  1. Boil mutton in the pressure cooker with salt and turmeric.
  2. In the mean while soak the kashmiri chillie in vinegar for 1 hour.
  3. Then grind the kashmiri chillie with coriander, cumin, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick and 3 cloves.
  4. Then fry onions, add the masala.
  5. Fry till oil comes out of the masala.
  6. Add the mutton and mix well.
  7. Fry well till you see oil.
  8. Finally add coriander leaves and serve.
Ingredients:
1 kg - mutton
1 - large onion
8 - kashmiri chillie
1 tbsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - cumin
4 pod - garlic
1/2 piece - ginger
1 - cinnamon stick
3 - cloves
corriander leaves
salt to taste
vinigar
turmeric
